Northern Forge Construction is a licensed, owner-operated residential construction and roofing company serving central Minnesota. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Roofing installation and replacement (asphalt shingle, metal, and flat roofing)
- Siding installation and repair
- Gutter installation and replacement
- Window and door installation
- General residential construction and remodeling
- Storm damage repair and insurance claim assistance
All work is performed in accordance with applicable Minnesota building codes and manufacturer specifications. Service availability may vary by location and season.
3. Estimates & Pricing
Northern Forge Construction provides free estimates for prospective projects. All estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection and are subject to the following conditions:
- Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen conditions are discovered once work has begun (e.g., hidden water damage, structural issues, or code-required upgrades).
- Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work will be communicated to the homeowner and documented in a written change order before additional work is performed.
- Payment terms, schedules, and accepted methods will be outlined in your project contract.
4. Warranties
Northern Forge Construction stands behind the quality of our work. Warranty coverage includes:
- Workmanship Warranty: We provide a workmanship warranty on all labor performed. Specific warranty duration and terms are outlined in your project contract.
- Manufacturer Warranties: Materials installed by Northern Forge Construction may carry separate manufacturer warranties. We will assist you in registering these warranties and provide relevant documentation upon project completion.
- Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage caused by acts of nature, homeowner modifications, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Minnesota law, Northern Forge Construction and its owner, employees, and subcontractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services, including but not limited to loss of use, lost profits, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence.
6. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Northern Forge Construction offers an SMS text messaging program so we can communicate with customers and prospective customers who request our services. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to the following terms.
- Program description & message types: If you opt in, you may receive informational and conversational text messages related to your request, including appointment scheduling and confirmations, inspection and project status updates, responses to your inquiries, and occasional service or promotional offers from Northern Forge Construction.
- Opt-in: You opt in by submitting your phone number with consent through our website contact form, by requesting text follow-up when you call or text us, or in person when signing an estimate. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS program at any time by texting STOP to any message. Reply STOP to opt out. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt in again.

- Privacy: Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. 7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Minnesota. By using our services, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
