How it works

  2. Enter your name and mobile phone number.
  3. Independently check the consent box(es) for the kinds of messages you want to receive: informational/transactional customer care (about your inquiry or project), promotional (occasional offers and seasonal reminders), or both.
  4. Submit. We'll text you back from our business line.

What you're opting into

  • Customer care messages — responses to your questions, appointment reminders, inspection scheduling, project updates, and follow-up on existing inquiries.
  • Promotional messages (only if you opt in separately) — occasional seasonal offers, storm-season reminders, and limited-time discounts on roofing, siding, gutters, or windows.

  • Customer care consent and promotional consent are kept separate. Opting out of one does not opt you out of the other unless you tell us to.

What the consent step looks like

Before your number is submitted in the chat window, you'll see two unchecked consent checkboxes. They read, word for word:

“By submitting, you authorize Northern Forge Construction LLC to text/call the number above for informational/transactional messages, possibly using automated means. Msg/data rates apply, msg frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See terms and privacy policy. Text HELP for help and STOP to unsubscribe.”

Neither box is pre-checked. Checking a box is how you give SMS consent for that message type.

Other ways we collect SMS consent

  • Website forms — our contact, realtor, adjuster, and HOA request forms each include an unchecked SMS consent checkbox with the same disclosures.
  • By phone or text — if you call or text us and ask for text follow-up, we confirm: “Would you like to receive text updates from Northern Forge Construction about your inquiry or appointment? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help.” Your yes and its date are documented in your contact record before we text you.
  • In person — when you sign an estimate, we ask whether you'd like text updates using the same disclosures; your consent and its date are documented in your contact record before any message is sent.
